Through incognito calls or on-location observations, our staff members act as your customers and examine – on the grounds of criteria discussed with you – customer orientation and expertise of your sales personnel, as well as the overall appearance of the respective outlet.

In Mystery Shopping, we choose from a variety of shoppers those, who best fit your target group (e. g., sorted by age and occupation).

When checking an outlet more than once, we will of course employ different Mystery Shoppers each time.
