Overview of our methods


The conduct of test purchases (Mystery Shopping) forms the basis of our observational research. Our Mystery Shoppers presently visit about 4000 outlets each month.
 
As we aim at providing you with as comprehensive and significant results as possible on the basis of our test purchases and visits, we have to rely on the high quality of the test conduct agreed upon. Only Mystery Shoppers carefully selected and trained to meet your requirements are fit to fulfil this task. Before visiting an outlet, the selected shoppers are extensively screened and informed about your business. You are highly welcome to join us at such meetings, in order to gain a better impression of the care regarding the selection and training of our Mystery Shoppers.  
 
In choosing a respective Mystery Shopper, not only his or her affiliation with the target group defined by you, but also the possibility of culture-based misinterpretations plays an important part.

 

 

Therefore, we will always pick those from our pool of shoppers spread all over Europe that are located nearest to your respective outlet and are thus linked to the cultural background of the area.

 

Anonymity

 

Multi-Value conducts Mystery Shopping according to the ICC/ESOMAR international code for market and social research. It is impossible to identify individual staff members by our data.
