Quality of observation is of course essential, and not every shopper is suitable for every observation. Based on the target group defined by you we will pick our Mystery Shoppers to fit your average customer profile as much as possible.
Precision, reliability and quickness
Observation results are sent to an in-house quality checker within twenty-four hours, who then assesses the data provided by the Mystery Shopper on how extensively questions were answered and how definite the acquired data is. The final results will usually be accessible online within a further twenty-four hours.
