Become a Mystery Shopper


Every month, we visit approximately one thousand five hundred stores throughout Europe, which means more than fifteen thousand visits every year! To be able to visit such a high number of different stores, we rely on the services of mystery shoppers. These people - also called mystery guest - visit (mostly unexpected) a number of stores within their region, based on their own schedule. During their visits, they observe the store with particular attention to several aspects which Multi-Value has communicated to them beforehand. When their visit is over, they fill out a registration form via the internet. These visits do not only provide our clients with valuable information, but our mystery shoppers enjoy them too. This makes shopping more fun. All the more so since our mystery shoppers receive an attractive remuneration fee for each visit. These visits made to stores by our mystery shoppers are extremely valuable to our clients, and therefore also to us. This is why we want to ensure that the visits are carried out correctly and that our mystery shoppers are fulfilling their task with enthusiasm and dedication. We believe this is not difficult since mystery shoppers have a fun job to do. At least, that is what we are told by the mystery shoppers who currently visit the stores.
