Become a Mystery Shopper

Each month, 4000 stores are visited by our Mystery Shoppers all over Europe. Thus, we carry out nearly 50.000 test purchases a year.

 

In order to carry out such a high amount of visits, we need your help. You go shopping on our behalf and thus test a certain outlet based on criteria laid out beforehand. Plain-talking: you will sound out the store.

 

During the test purchase, you act as a regular customer and examine the store on the basis of your specifications. Naturally, you will always act incognito. If you are recognised as a Mystery Shopper, you will of course be tended to well – but the aim of your observation will certainly not be satisfied. Possible targets for observation could be the cleanness of an outlet, the arrangement of shelves or the personnel’s friendliness.

 

In order to record your observations, you will fill in a questionnaire sent to you beforehand and post it back to us as soon as possible, so that our team can start with the evaluation of your report.
