How is the payment carried out?

As a Mystery Shopper you are not an employee of Multi-Value. You will receive a gross payment from us; taxation has to be done by yourself.

 

The level of payment varies with the manner of your Mystery Shopping, the outlet you visit, the length of the questionnaire, etc. It varies between 9 and 31 € per purchase (incl. travelling expenses).

 

All items purchased for the intended purpose will be compensated by Multi-Value, as far as was arranged beforehand. In many cases, you may keep the item bought for test purposes.
