What exactly will be my task?
As a Mystery Shopper you act as a customer of a company and anonymously review the performance of a specific store. You will, for example, review outlets of retailers and specialised trades, restaurants, banks or automobile traders.
On the basis of a list of questions laid out by us in cooperation with the respective company, you will review all relevant aspects during an on-location visit. Mostly, this means buying a product in the respective outlet, in order to be able to precisely judge the service. By the way, often you can keep the bought product afterwards.

Some of the questions could be, for example:

Were you greeted by the store’s personnel when you entered?

Was the reception friendly?

Could the personnel answer a specific question satisfactorily?

Were the changing rooms clean?
After making your test purchase, you can document your findings online in the form of multiple-choice answers and some short written-out passages. Naturally, only objectively observed aspects should be recorded. Your report should reach us within twenty-four hours.
