Benchmarking

Benchmarking means the comparison of performances. For example, you can compare different departments or teams to each other on the basis of predefined observation criteria. In a further step, you can also compare your own outlets with those of your business rivals. This way, you may gain some surprising results.

Benchmarking is a means for:

  • Checking regional differences in regard to your outlets’ performances
  • Comparing your performance to those of your rival businesses
  • Discovering new market segments by observing companies out of your own business sphere.

The Multi-Value-Barometer

In order to interpret your own performance within the context of your economic environment, we provide you with the Multi-Value-Barometer. In this, all average values of every outlet tested by us so far are accounted for regarding a consistent observation criterion. Thus, you can measure your result on the average of our other customers. These values do not allow for any conclusions bout the data or company names of our clients, of course.
