Theft Prevention
Winkeldiefstal is een groot probleem. Diefstal door bezoekers maar ook Shoplifting is a major problem: theft by customers but also - to a large extent - by store personnel. Technical safety precautions only solve part of the problem. Theft prevention can be improved by changing the attitude of your personnel before, during and after a crime has been committed. In addition to consultancy on this matter, we also provide ´Theft Prevention´ training. Several aspects are addressed during these training sessions:

dealing with difficult customers and handling threatening situations;

recognising potential shoplifters
In close consultation with you, we will draw up a definitive programme, as we do for all our training courses. Each training course is based on the specific situation of our clients and their personnel. |
