Our most important means in data acquisition is the test purchase, also called Mystery Shopping. It means the unannounced and unnoticed inspection of one or more of your outlets.
Our qualified Mystery Shoppers visit and review your outlet in the time span agreed on with you and review your outlet’s performance in regard to attributes set up by you.
